Lauren surrock, MPAS, pa-C
Lauren Surrock is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, certified by the NCCPA since 2011. Lauren completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Master of Science at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lauren is a National Health Service Corps Scholar Alumni and is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Michigan Association of Physician Assistants and the Obesity Medicine Association. She specializes in Family Medicine and has advanced certificates in Obesity Management and Cosmetic Injections. An active member of the Frankenmuth community, Lauren enjoys volunteering with the Frankenmuth Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Frankenmuth Farmers Market. In her free time, she likes to golf, play piano, and spend time with her family and dogs. Lauren is very passionate about medicine and is extremely proud to be serving her local community!
Abigail Weirauch, BSN, FNP-BC
Abby graduated from Birch Run High School in 2010. She went on to earn her Associates in Nursing at Delta College in 2015, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in 2017, and she recently completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Saginaw Valley State University in 2020. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Abby has wonderful clinical experience having worked in the hospital setting for 5 years, with 4 of those years in the medical and neuro ICU. Abby will be seeing patients as well as filling in the Care Management RN role for our practice. In her free time she enjoys being with her husband, step daughter, and new puppy. Abby also enjoys being outside, running, and baking. Abby is proud to serve and give back to the community she grew up in!
robert chadwick, do
Dr. Chadwick graduated with honors from Wayne State University in 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University in 1979. He completed his internship at Botsford General Hospital in 1980, and in 1982, Dr. Chadwick completed the first Osteopathic Family Practice Residency at EW Sparrow Hospital. Dr. Chadwick is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and has been practicing in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine since 1983.
LAUREN austiN, Medical Assistant
Austin graduated from Reese High School in 2009 and earned her Medical Assistant Certification in 2012 from Ross Medical Education. She is a great asset to the Frankenmuth Medical Associates team, as she has 15 years experience as a medical assistant in the Family Practice setting. Austin is in the process of completing her bachelor's degree in nursing and plans to go on to be a Nurse Practitioner. Austin enjoys spending time with her daughters, fiancé, and dog. She also enjoys running and golfing.
NIcole Lewis, Medical Assistant
Nicole came to us as a student while she was earning her Medical Assistant Certification in 2021. We loved her attitude and attention and caring to patients and asked her to be a part of our team! She graduated from Millington High School in 2007. She is a wife and proud mother of 3 boys. Nicole and her family love the outdoors and spend most of their free time in their beautiful back yard either having a BBQ or just enjoying the sunshine! Nicole chose this profession because see loves taking care of people. Nicole takes pride in putting the patient first and giving quality, family like care to every person we see.
Larissa Drozdowski, Office Coordinator
Larissa graduated from Mayville High School in 2017 then she obtained a Health Sciences Degree from SVSU. Larissa previously worked for List Psychological and joined the Frankenmuth Medical Associates team in 2021. She is a great addition to the team as our office coordinator, she also processes all of our referrals and imaging authorizations. In her free time she enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
HEather Lefler, Receptionist
Heather graduated from Merrill High School in 2011. She attended Baker College for a Medical Assistant certificate. For the past 4 years she has worked in management. She is a great asset to our team as she always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond for our patients. In her free time, Heather likes to spend time with her boyfriend as well as her friends and family. She enjoys fishing, cooking, watching sports and going to concerts! Fun Fact: Heather is a twin!
Kerry Doyle, Medical assistant
Kerry graduated from Swan Valley High School in 1998. She has over 20 years in the medical field working as an MA in internal medicine and rheumatology. She has also been an instructor for the medical assistant program at Ross. She is happily married to her husband and has two beautiful daughters. In her free time she likes to snowboard, camp, hunt, fish and cook. We are so grateful to have Kerry as part of our team.
